Deliveries are made in the European Union, as well as in Sweden and Switzerland.

The products are sent in follow-up via the "Mondial Relais" for eligible countrys or postal services for the others to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer.

Delivery time :

The vast majority of products offered on the site are either imported or made at the request of the buyer.

The lead times are around 3 to 5 weeks incompressible according to the manufacturer.

The package will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. This can be left in the mailbox in case of absence. In the absence of presence, the package can be withdrawn at the nearest relay point and indicated on the notice. If you are absent on the day of delivery of your package, it will be left in your mailbox. If your mailbox is too small, a second presentation of the package may take place the next day. In case of absence, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox. You then have about ten days to collect your parcel from your post office.


For the items indicated in stock and not requiring any pre-order, the parts are dispatched within 48 hours from the closing of the sale and after the validation and payment of the order by the Buyer.


Upon receipt of the package, it is the responsibility of the recipient to check the shipments and to note on the delivery slip any damage due to the carrier, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration.

If the order is not delivered or available from the carrier, 7 days after the announced delivery time, Bodiesque will conduct an investigation with the carrier. The carriers' final response times are 21 working days. After 21 days of investigation, if the package is found, it is then sent to the customer, if the package is considered lost, Bodiesque reimburses the customer for the full amount of the lost order.

Bodiesque declines all responsibility for non-compliance with delivery times due to the unforeseeable or insurmountable event of the carrier (in particular in the event of loss of products or strikes).


Shipping cost

Delivery costs are defined according to a purchase price bracket and depend on the type of product concerned (weight, size,) and the destination. The announced delivery prices are inclusive of VAT.
